Do You Offer Free In-Person Estimates?
YES! We offer free in-person estimates! Our team will visit your property, assess the scope of your project, and provide you with a detailed, written estimate. This allows us to better understand your needs, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that we offer an accurate and transparent price for the work to be done.
Please note that our estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. However, when market conditions are volatile (such as fluctuations in material costs), we may only be able to hold prices for a shorter period—typically 1 week—to account for any potential price changes.
To schedule your free estimate, simply contact us, and we’ll set up a convenient time to meet. We’re here to help you plan your project and provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions.
Who is Responsible for Necessary Permits?

If you have any questions about permits or the process, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
What is the Timeline for My Project to Begin?
The typical timeline for a project to begin with A&N Roofing & Exteriors is 1-6 weeks, but this can vary depending on several factors. Some of the key elements that influence the start date include:

Time of Year:
During peak seasons (spring and summer), demand for our services tends to be higher, which may lead to slightly longer wait times. Off-peak seasons may offer quicker turnaround times.
Weather Conditions:
Certain materials and products have specific temperature or weather-related regulations for installation. For example, roofing, siding, concrete, and masonry work may need to be completed in dry conditions or within a certain temperature range to ensure optimal results and durability.

Product Availability:
Depending on the materials or products required for your project, there may be availability or supply chain factors that affect the timeline. We work diligently to coordinate with suppliers to ensure the necessary materials arrive on time. Once we have discussed your project details and finalized your contract, we’ll provide a more accurate estimate for when work will begin.
Rest assured, we prioritize completing projects efficiently while ensuring the highest quality standards. If there are any delays or changes to the timeline, we will communicate promptly and work with you to adjust accordingly.
For the most up-to-date information, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide you with an estimated start date based on your specific project.
How Much is a Down Payment?
At A&N Roofing & Exteriors we typically require a 50% down payment of your total project price upfront. This helps cover the cost of materials and allows us to secure your spot on our schedule, ensuring your project moves forward without delay.
We understand that every client’s situation is unique, and we are more than happy to work with you to arrange a down payment plan that fits your needs. If you have any concerns or need flexibility, please don’t hesitate to discuss it with us—we are committed to making the process as smooth and manageable as possible.

Why Your Roof is Important
The roof of a house is often considered the most important part because it serves as the primary barrier between the interior of the home and the external environment. Here are some key reasons why the roof is so crucial:

1. Protection from Weather:
The roof shields the house from rain, snow, wind, and extreme sunlight. Without a proper roof, the interior of the house would be exposed to the elements, causing damage to the structure and belongings.
2. Insulation and Energy Efficiency:
A well-constructed roof helps regulate temperature by providing insulation, keeping the home cool in summer and warm in winter. This reduces the need for heating and cooling, lowering energy bills.
3. Structural Integrity:
The roof plays a vital role in maintaining the structural integrity of the home. It distributes the weight and ensures the walls and foundation remain stable.
4. Safety:
A sturdy roof protects the inhabitants from falling debris, branches, or other external hazards. A compromised roof could lead to safety issues for those inside.
5. Property Value
A well-maintained roof increases a home’s value and curb appeal. Conversely, a damaged or aging roof can reduce its market value and deter potential buyers.
6. Prevention of Water Damage:
A properly sealed and maintained roof prevents leaks, which can cause water damage, mold, and rot to the home’s interior.

Because the roof serves as the first line of defense against environmental factors, its importance to the overall function, safety, and longevity of a home cannot be overstated.
